Preamble

By the Will of Divine Providence and the eternal covenant between Spirit and Creation, the United Royal Kingdom Dynasty (URK-D) and its Sacred Order for Unity, Peace, and Nobility Among All Nations were founded by H.R.H. Sultan Ali Ampaso Umpa, Founding Father and Paramount Sultan of the Philippines, and H.S.H. King Muhammad Jeseus Chrishna, Co-Founding Father, Visionary Custodian, and Sovereign Head of the Sacred Order.

Together they stand as living custodians of a Divine and Royal Alliance devoted to awakening the nobility of humankind, inspiring unity among nations, and preserving peace through enlightened action and compassionate service.

The Founding Codex and Divine Royal Charter serve as the sacred constitution of the URK-D, affirming its spiritual sovereignty, moral legitimacy, and divine mandate to foster peace, culture, and dignity among all peoples.

The Charter upholds the Four Sacred Pillars that guide every act and member of the Order:

1. Unity - recognizing that all creation is one living body.

2. Compassion - expressing divine love through selfless service.

3. Peace - harmonizing differences in the stillness of understanding.

4. Love - the supreme crown binding humanity to its divine origin.

These principles illuminate the path for leaders, nations, and seekers who align with the highest calling of service to humanity and the preservation of divine harmony on Earth.

The URK-D is a cognized sovereign royal and spiritual alliance, an independent royal institution protected by International Sovereign Law, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and all divine, sovereign, natural, moral, religious, artistic, cultural, human, and civil freedoms and rights inherent to its Founding Fathers.

The Order stands above politics yet in friendship with all nations, guided not by temporal power, but by divine purpose and moral leadership.

The complete Founding Codex and Divine Royal Charter are preserved within the URK-D Private Central Archives.

They are signed and sealed by both Founding Fathers, bearing the Royal Seals of Authenticity and of the Sacred Order.

For reasons of protection and sanctity, the full text is reserved for recognized members, ambassadors, and officials of the URK-D, who may access it through the official administration channel.
